We ship small package with UPS and FEDEX. Large packages are shipped by a freight carrier.

inside. We use plastic sleeves, bubble wrap , foam sheets, styrofoam,
paper, and corrugated card board boxes as packing.

Our products use pine, heave maple, and other exotic Asian hardwoods. On our veneers, our products are made with birch, oak, cherry, rosewood and other hardwoods to achieve desired patterns and effects

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in original boxes. There is a 20% restocking fee and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All claims must be made in 30 days. Pictures are required for defective products. All products must be returned in original boxes without writing on the boxes.

All claims for products damaged in transit must be made through the
carrier. Before signing for products, please inspect all boxes for
